Dress Policies
All dresses (including: wedding gowns, bridesmaids dresses, mothers dresses, flower girl dresses) are Special Order and may not be returned or exchanged.
We require a half-down deposit prior to the order of any dress.
You may pay in installments if necessary up to the time of order.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Sizing Policies
We will NOT be held responsible for the sizing of garments that were not done by our staff.
We are NOT responsible for weight gain or loss from the time of the initial measurements.
All alterations are at the customer’s expense.
We are not responsible for any alterations.
Off-the-Rack Purchases
For items purchased off the rack:
All sales are final, any exceptions will be made at our discretion.
All items purchased off the rack include a complementary cleaning.
Tux & Suit Rental Policies
Reorder policy regarding measurements that WERE done by us:
We assume all cost between shipping and merchandise.
Reorder policy regarding measurements that WERE NOT done by us:
Shipping cost will be the responsibility of the Renter; we will cover cost of the merchandise.
Any “special order” shoe needed in a different size rented in from the company is replaced at the Renter’s expense.
ALL rental items are due back one business day after date of event.
Any item not brought back on time will be subject to a late fee up to $50 PER DAY unit is late.
